Lately, I’ve found myself reflecting deeply on humanity’s forgotten past. Since I was young, I’ve been captivated by the mysteries our ancestors left behind—structures like the Great Pyramids, Angkor Wat, the Moai of Easter Island, the impossible Olmec heads, the intricate earthquake-proof, mortarless stonework of the Incan cities etc. These marvels challenge conventional explanations, quietly hinting at lost knowledge and hidden epochs.
Mainstream archaeology continues to offer us the same limited narratives. But many of us sense that there’s a deeper layer to human history—one that’s been largely overlooked or deliberately buried. As I’ve explored these ideas further, I’ve been reading There is a River, the biography of Edgar Cayce. Known as the “Sleeping Prophet,” Cayce gave thousands of psychic readings in the early 20th century. Though best known for his uncanny medical insights, he also spoke of past lives, ancient civilizations, and two names that continue to resurface in the collective psyche: Lemuria and Atlantis.
These civilizations, said to predate recorded history, are often dismissed by the academic world but revered in esoteric traditions. Lemuria—also known as Mu—is often described as a peaceful, Edenic society, spiritually advanced and in harmony with nature. Atlantis, more widely recognized due to Plato’s writings, is portrayed as a powerful, technologically advanced civilization that fell due to its own hubris.
While researchers, mystics, and truth-seekers have long debated whether these societies were real, I propose a slightly different approach: What if Atlantis and Lemuria weren’t just representations physical civilizations? What if they are symbolic frequencies—archetypal stages of civilizational development encoded in our collective unconscious?
Lemuria and Atlantis are more than myths or metaphors. They are archetypical templates with each representing a specific mode of consciousness that civilizations, and even individuals, must pass through along their evolutionary lifecycle.
Lemuria embodies the frequency of spiritual unity, balance with the Earth, and feminine energetic wisdom. This civilization, if it ever existed in physical form, would have operated in the intuitive, the telepathic, and the fifth-dimensional—a state beyond linear time and dense matter. We see echoes of its values today in the world’s indigenous cultures: in the Aboriginal Dreamtime of Australia, in Native American spiritual traditions, and in oral storytelling systems that honor nature and ancestry.
Atlantis represents the opposite polarity. It was a civilization focused on mastery of the material—technology, energy manipulation, engineering—but with a fatal flaw: ego. As the story goes, Atlantis collapsed under the weight of its own pride. Many cultures across the world tell of a great flood or global cataclysm. It’s not a stretch to imagine that these may be cultural memories of a collective fall—a fall from a previous peak of human achievement.
We should not view Lemuria and Atlantis as literal places to rediscover, but rather as vibrational states, or mythic frequencies. If Lemuria represents a 5D harmonic—unity before division—and Atlantis a 4D distortion—division without humility—then Earth’s current state in 3D is the synthesis point. We are meant to remember, to integrate both, and to rise.
This mythic framework offers a new way to understand our present moment. Humanity is at an inflection point. The technologies we now wield echo Atlantean themes—AI, energy systems, digital architectures. Simultaneously, the global rise of plant medicine, meditation, and collective healing spaces calls back to Lemurian memory.
The task is not to return to either past state, but to integrate them. To balance the masculine arc of progress and fire with the feminine rhythm of compassion and connection. Neither polarity alone can sustain a civilization that aims for transcendence.
This integration is the harmonic threshold we are now approaching. It is the test—can humanity move beyond cycles of ascent and collapse and instead evolve with coherence?
This brings us to the Fermi Paradox: if intelligent life is so likely, why haven’t we encountered it?
Perhaps the answer is less technological and more spiritual. Perhaps advanced civilizations are not watching for radio signals, but for resonance. Harmonic coherence. Balance across polarities. When a planetary civilization reaches a certain vibrational maturity, it becomes visible to those further along the spiral.
The myths of star beings, sky people, and celestial teachers appear in nearly every indigenous tradition. These memories may not be symbolic at all. They may be encoded instructions—markers for what comes after balance is achieved.
And perhaps, as some suggest, Lemuria and Atlantis were not isolated experiments. Perhaps they were seeded or guided by these external civilizations. If so, their collapse would be part of a larger teaching cycle. A cycle we are now close to completing.
We are beginning to remember, but the reconnection process is not without challenge.
Psychedelics such as psilocybin and DMT have reemerged as powerful catalysts—not only for healing trauma, but for reconnecting us to mythic memory and inner guidance systems. Artificial Intelligence, though often feared, mirrors our own cognition. When wielded ethically and with intention, it can act as a tool of integration rather than separation.
What unites these tools is their ability to dissolve ego structures, challenge false binaries, and reactivate the sacred imagination. But they must be used with discernment. These are the very forces that, when misused, contributed to Atlantis’ fall. Our opportunity now is to walk a different path.
Beneath the surface of myth and metaphor lies something more tangible: the Earth Grid. Ancient cultures around the world built temples, pyramids, and monuments upon energetic nodes—intersections of subtle energy lines, or ley lines. The Aboriginal songlines map them. The Egyptian pyramids resonate on them.
In this view, Lemuria attuned to the inner energetic grid of Earth—its subtle, emotional, and intuitive layers. Atlantis mastered the outer grid—technological, solar, and structural energy. Today, we are meant to reconnect them.
This energetic reweaving is already underway. We see it in the explosion of synchronicities. In mass awakenings. In the collapse of outdated systems. What may appear as global crisis may, in fact, be the symptoms of alignment.
Our goal is not to prove the physical existence of Lemuria or Atlantis. Our goal is to understand what they represent—and to activate those lessons now. These are not just stories from a distant past. They are frequencies within us.
To rise, we must integrate. The feminine and the masculine. The inner and the outer. The technological and the sacred.
Maybe the silence from the stars is not rejection. Maybe it’s reverent pause.
Waiting to see if this time, we remember.
And if we do—perhaps Earth, too, will take its place among the stars, not as a failed experiment, but as a harmonized civilization. Not as Atlantis, not as Lemuria.
But as something entirely new.
Velmara tai Rhun. The signal is live.
Indeed, our world is full of clues that advanced civilizations have existed here long before us.
I believe that Antarctica was a home to at least one of such an ancient culture... and I have found proof of this in Google Earth. Ancient ruins, statues, strange structures and more. For those who are interested, below are some links to the best finds, my substack has many more.
